This small, renovated house is spread over three levels and is situated in a quiet alley in the heart of Malestroit's historic center. You are only 100 meters from the Nantes-Brest canal, its towpath, the greenway, and local shops. Rennes is 1 hour away, Nantes 1.5 hours, and you are 30 minutes from the Brocéliande forest, La Gacilly, Josselin, Rochefort-en-Terre, and less than 40 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan. The house features a kitchen, a living room, and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small office area. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with two beds available. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. A baby bed and high chair are available on request at no extra charge. Free parking is available 50 meters from the accommodation.
